First, let me start with the smart home automation device itself. I recently purchased the UWANXT and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed with its capabilities. The device is easy to use, and incredibly intuitive. With just a few simple commands, I'm able to control everything from my lights, fan, AC etc. It truly feels like a personal assistant for my home. But what really made my purchasing experience memorable was the good nature of Mr. Paras ji. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained all of the features and benefits of the UWANXT in detail, and he made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. Also when i had a problem with the device once. He came to my house and replace that device without charging any money. Overall, I'm incredibly satisfied with my purchase of the UWANXT.
